Frequently Asked Questions

When you arrive you will be welcomed with a tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice or water.
You will then meet with Caroline in a private, inviting space. She will assess your situation through questions about your life, your current mental and physical health and presenting issues and therapeutic goals.

Sessions are 50 minutes long. During your time with Caroline she will work with you toward addressing your current needs.

Payment can be made via e-transfer on the morning of each session. Direct Billing for Alberta Blue Cross Members.

No, you do not need a referral.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, the identity of my clients and the content of our sessions, apart from certain legal situations which are outlined at the beginning of our first session, are kept completely private.
