Counselling for anxiety can help you uncover the causes of your worry and fears, allowing you to develop new, more positive ways of dealing with situations. Caroline will help you work through your anxiety, teaching you tools to learn how to relax, gain coping and problem - solving skills allowing you to learn positive social skills. Gaining confidence to engage in social situations previously too difficult.
What to expect during your counselling session.During your session: During your 50 minute session Caroline will work with you toward addressing your current needs.
Confidentiality is of utmost importance, the identity of clients and the content of sessions, apart from certain legal situations which are outlined at the beginning of first session, are kept completely private.
